What You’ll Do

• Prepare tasty, nutritious meals that meet residents’ dietary needs (soft diets, diabetic-friendly, etc.)
  
• Maintain strict food safety & hygiene standards
  
• Follow portion control and Aged Care guidelines
  
• Contribute to menu planning and adapt meals to resident preferences
  
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and running smoothly
  

What We Need From You

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
  
• Minimum 3 months’ experience in a similar role in Australia
  
• Current Australian Police Check
  
• Full working rights in Australia
  
• Two COVID-19 vaccinations + flu vaccination (required)
